Default Social marketing Vs Responsible marketing

Hi all.. I'm doing an assignment on marketing.I chose social marketing as my topic.. but now I'm confused whether there is any difference between the responsible marketing and social marketing.. please help me.. See all I could find was the definition for both the terms but need more details on the two as well as their differences.I am pasting below, what I could manage to get from my end.
Social marketing is the systematic application of marketing along with other concepts and techniques to achieve specific behavioral goals for a social good.
Socially responsible marketing is a marketing philosophy that states a company should take into consideration what is in the best interest of society in the present and long term.
I am confused so clarification will help.

Hi,

Email is used for many purposes. Unfortunately, we have to acknowledge that one of them is spam. But there are other, more responsible practices that boost sales and provide a true service to subscribers employed by very successful marketers and business owners. Still, most people need to see what responsible marketing really is to believe that it works.

hi

Nonprofits are increasingly using social networking platforms. That's the good news. According to the newly released, "Nonprofit Social Network Survey Report," sponsored by NTEN, Common Knowledge, and ThePort, over 86% are using commercial networking sites for marketing purposes, while almost a third use house networks.
