I went to Boracay a couple of years back. It was really fun, the people there were really friendly and the food was great. too bad that it was storming when during our stay. It felt like a hundred needles were piercing through my skin! hahaha..but it was still beautiful (when it was not raining)...

Boracay is part of the municipality of Malay in the province of Aklan, which is located in Panay,I recently visited Boracay Island in the southern part of the Philippines. And it lived up to my expectations. We stayed in one of the newest resorts, the Tawhay Resort, a privately owned resort.

This favorite destination is located roughly 200 miles of Manila and 2 km off the northwest tip of Panay Islands within the western Visayas region.
