TapouT XT CrossCore Combat The warmup is very similiar to an Insanity warm-up. Jumping jacks, high nees, and then butt kicks. Then some P90X2 movements like plank first, then step right foot near right plam, and reach left arm up so you're in a yoga pose and then place right foot back and repeat. Moves at a brisk pace. After the P90X2 like movements you go back to the Insanity style warm-up. Then the meat of it. As always the moves start basic. Front leg snap kick, same leg push kick. This video incorporates the bands. An example is steping on the bands with wide feet and the boxing bob to the left, boxing bob the right (squatting), and the squat punch squat punch.
