Installation:
1. Installing CSIW_Setup_11_May_2011.exe (When installing, select "all applications (not recommended)") or running SmartSteam or GreenLuma or SmartSteam (that someone (if you have already installed Cracked Steam))

3. Launch Steam. Create a new profile or log into an old (but do not enter a profile which is purchased from the game)
