Default Tenant Refuses to Pay Rent

My tenant is in awe of the house and I foreclosing assured him that I am negotiating to have the right to hope for the house of government programs and the owners that the house is in foreclosure, In fact. There are 5 months left on his lease. If doesn't pay the rent this month, what is the fastest way for me to start the eviction and I can keep the deposit to cover the rent is not paid? 3 day pay or quit notice must be served by a person other than the owner in California and if so by whom?

It take weeks to update public records can - and sometimes longer. I still I hold a the mortgage solicitations to refinance, and it's almost been five years since I held it! Modification letter showing your tenant if you wish, but you really are obliged not to. To pay her rent or get out - regardless home is in foreclosure or not - it is bound.

You can do legal process on your tenant. You can put the legal document during the legal process. You have to keep your agreement document as well as also you have to keep the receipt of your rent. You will be get rent as soon as possible on the verdict of the court.
