Texas Laws About Late Rent

I do not understand. I was expelled because a law passed here in Texas which states that if you are late paying your rent, you can be deported. Is this true? I paid my rent and late fees. I've never been a month of delay or anything else. The biggest delay was less than 14 days, and have paid fines for delay in this regard. Now has 5 days to leave the trailer. I do not know what will. Nobody wants to hire me because of the expulsion. Another question. The owner and the judge presiding over the case as best friends spoke after the hearing. Speaking of pictures, son of the owners of the owner brought the judge to see. Is not it a mistake to judge someone that you know your case for you?

Given are some reason landlord may terminate the lease agreement the landlord notifies the tenant in writing that the payment is delinquent; and the tenant has not tendered the delinquent payment in full to the landlord before the 10th day after the date the tenant receives the notice.

When you get home for rent, you have to pay rent regularly and it is your duty to pay rent. If you are not pay regularly that time owner gives you warning and after they can claim on you and they can register case in police station.
