Updating Theme???

I was wondering if anyone knew how to take a old version theme, and update it to match the vBulletin release.

Easy, look at default css and take color variations from old file, then copy images, once that is done, php is recommended to make it look similar. But you don't really need this as vBulletin looks good in default as well.
