Do you really think that PR0 has no value?

Most of us think that PR0 links and websites has no value according to Google. But sometimes you'll find that even PR0 site will be in top 10 result for some words. So what is important for us - getting higher PR for our sites or coming in top 10 result of search engine. According to me, A site needs to be cached and indexed only by Google is necessary. Even if your site has PR0 but if it is providing sufficient and good info and you have done right on page and off page optimization then there is a probability that it can come in top 10 result.

Yes, we can get top ten ranking though site has pr 0. But In most of cases you will find high page rank web site on top ten result search(Any particular keyword).
