Drupal vs Joomla?

Hi there all,,, kinda new to the CMS scene, but I've been doing a fair bit of research. One thing I haven't really been able to read much opinion on is Drupal vs Joomla in a theme oriented discussion. Which is generally easier to theme? Are there maintenance considerations between the two as it relates to theming? At the moment it appears like Joomla has more themes out there on the web, am I maybe missing something?
