IPad or laptop

I want to purchase either an iPad or a laptop but I have some issues regarding which one is better for utilization hence was wondering if someone give me an idea for the same.

iPad and Laptop are both those electronic gadgets which are necessary in today's life. To choose what to buy between these is basically depends on the basic need of individual. Though iPad has no comparison to Laptop as they have high battery backup, portable and east to use anywhere, iPad are instantly boot and does not take time to start. But, if you need to take a printout on very regular basis then iPad are not made for that purpose as they are not connected directly to printer. You can burn CD to listen music in car while driving, I think iPad and Tablets are not replacement of Desktop or Laptop, for some purpose you still require laptop where iPad does not work. So think about your work, why you need iPad or Laptop and then get the better decision of your.
