I agree, its definetly good to get excersise even if its just doing 20 minute walks.

Now a times all most all people are experiencing the Pressure and there are so many methods to get rid fro the load.One of which is physical work out.You can also go for the Yoga exercise as a workouts.Or can go for the common work out which always make your system clean,healthy and relaxed.

Yea... exercises and workouts are stress reducers these not only helps in coping with the pertaining stress but also excite the hormone level to make the body feel relaxed and regulate the blood blood circulation...

YES AS TH LEVEL of tantion stress have increased in humans todays and its true exercise is th e best remedy for getting rid of stress even one can have classes of yoga its the best and most effective exercise for getting rid of stress

Exercise are very helpful in reducing stress. Through it we can reduce our depression. After exercise we feel fresh and free. Exercise is also helpful in losing weight. For stress reduction you can also do Yoga and Meditation. Thats helps you in stress reduction.

Most definitely it will help. Exercise is one of the best ways to release stress. The first few times it's going to suck, but if you stick with it you will find it very therapeutic.
