According to me, Physical activity reduces the coming winter, as always, remain at a comfortable temperature in our house. Since it is difficult to escape, try to use at home every day. A better option would be to go to a gym that allows you to socialize a bit.

Stay hydrated thing - the air in winter can be very dry. I have a hygrometer on the wall showing massive drops of moisture in cold weather and colder it gets, the drier you get. It is recommended that knowledge of fluid intake when the weather becomes very weak.
