There are two types of exercise that perform different functions. Aerobic exercise is sustained activity involving the major muscle groups, such as swimming, running, or brisk walking. Your heart and respiratory rate increase, and more oxygen is circulated through the body. This kind of exercise strengthens your cardiovascular system and increases your overall strength and stamina.

Exercise makes your body healthy and look good. So healthy body decreases half of the tension of expenditure on treatment of diseases in big hospitals. Looking smart makes you active and thus lots of people be your friends. You don't feel like alone and no one to share your feelings. It makes you more cheerful that now you can share your things and depression with at least three or four people.

Exercise are very helpful in reducing stress. Through it we can reduce our depression. After exercise we feel fresh and free. Exercise is also helpful in losing weight. For stress reduction you can also do Yoga and Meditation. Thats helps you in stress reduction.

Exercise can make huge difference in Mental heath. Work out can help you rest. Although the real exercise session might be intense and challenging to perform, real advantages such as reducing pressure, body sculpting etc.

Exercise and Fitness are associated with each other. I have to say that if you are get a fit and fine you have to do exercise regularly. It is very good habits to get your body in perfect shape.

Exercise is the quickest way to a healthy physical glow and a stress free positive mental attitude and feeling of well-being. If we should increase our physical activities, then we don't need to join any fitness class or gym.

With all its pros & cons,technology has made today's man idle undoubtedly inviting stress and many heath problems. Having 20 minutes regular exercise-regime not only keeps us in shape but also does detoxification of our body;further leading to stress relief.
