It is important to take care of your skin. Since regular exercise is the best. It hydrates the skin, wash your skin twice a day, eat more fruits and vegetables and fruit juices. To do this, heat the honey and mix the lemon juice and apply to face. Wash after dry.

Add some vitamin E oil to your daily moisturizer. Drink plenty of water. Do not super-hot baths. The warm water allows the skin dry. Stay away from drying soaps. Look for the best skin care product that suits your skin type and stick to it.

Few tips to take care of skin such as avoid tobacco and alcohol, exercise regularly, massage of carrot and boil that mixture to body to get fair and smooth skin. Always use sun cream when you go out side.

There are amounts of ways to take care of our skin. As per my own experienced, Vitamins play vital role for our skin. Which We an get from foods and fruits. Vitamin c is really fruitful and fascinates for oily and acne skin which We can get from orange , lime foods. So consume more lime foods.

Here is the some basic tips to care of your skin, drink plenty of water, Take food which contains more A and C vitamin.To make or keep your skin beautiful, it's best to work from the inside. Add one spoon basen+rose water+6-7drops of lime juice, Apply on face and ur neck.after 15 mins wash with normal water..Open a can of your favorite beans or legumes. Rinse them well and add them to your meal,Take a carrot, grate and mix it well with one spoon of honey,avoid fast food.have sound sleep.dont use soap for ur face, Apply this all over the face and leave it for only 15 minutes,Now wash and feel the difference after regular use,A number of breakthrough lotions formulas are being released in the market but they not give you proper result

I can take care of my skin very well. Do regular facial massage and use a best moisturizer cream and keep out of sun. There are so many various skin care product are available in market. So you can also use a best skin cream and moisturizer.
