Exercise makes your body healthy and look good. So healthy body decreases half of the tension of expenditure on treatment of diseases in big hospitals. Looking smart makes you active and thus lots of people be your friends. You don't feel like alone and no one to share your feelings. It makes you more cheerful that now you can share your things and depression with at least three or four people.
