Smoking is one of the bad habit so you have to quit this addiction.

1) Motivated from the family members to quit it.
2) Think always positive.
3) Some of the Natural medicines are available to quit it.

According to me for quit smoking do meditation and yoga, Smoking is very bad for our heart. I think Get the support and understanding of your family, friends, and co-workers, and Get rid of all tobacco products and ashtrays.

Quit smoking is nice thinking. To quit it you have to stay away from smoker and take healthy diet, rest properly. Do mediation it will provide and internal power to stick to decision. If you feel thirst then divert your mind and do some another work.

Smoking is not at all good for the health as well as for the life, it is necessary for a person to quit smoking as soon as possible, here are some of the tips to quit smoking are doing yoga, eat healthy food, consult to the doctor, try to avoid smoking and many more.

Chewing gum, currency, or candy is meant to serve as a substitute for tobacco. Do not visit the place and places that cause the light cigarettes. Also avoid the ways in which they are usually smoked.

if a smoker can understand that smoking is harmful not only the smoker but also family members, workers, and others who breathe the smoke of the cigarette smoker. This is the best way to quit smoking.

When you quit smoking, your mined is consumed with not smoking, but if you stop eating at the same time, your mind will be telling you that you need to eat, not that you need to smoke

Now if you actually eat enough to get full, you will want to smoke, so never eat enough to satisfy yourself.
