default vbulletin theme for smf ~ translated to english

I don't get the point people here writing about that the theme dosent work on 1.1.8, or 1.1.9 or this Baki guy that says it dosent work on RC version!!!

People, guys, take a look, its made for 1.1.7!

If you like vBulletin, go buy it, or pay someone to create for you a vBulletin skin, and then, post it here, so we can all download and say THANK YOU!

I don't really know how to modify themes, but I was wondering if someone could tell me how to make a couple modifications to this theme:

On the front page, I would like to make the background of the legend for "New posts" "No New Posts" etc, be the same as it on the page that lists the topics ( where it says "topics youhave posted in" "normal topic", etc.

The other modification i would like to make is to put a news box at the top, above where it says "my community".

Any help would be appreciated.
