Everyone praises fitness but only a few draw attention on the importance of practicing a sport with professional support and surveillance. Some, especially those who are desperate to achieve a certain goal, may get the idea that workouts till exhaustion is the right thing to do...

Yes the similar food that sounds healthy but it is not healthy is spicy fruits. If you eat vegetables and fruits with spice then they will not add to your health and your metabolism process may get fast as well. Eat fruit as the way they are with a little salt added in it. No other spices will help you.
