As everyone know the importance of exercise so how about sharing your exercise routine with everyone. This is my exercise routine in gym: MONDAY : Chest, Back & Abs TUESDAY : Shoulders, Arms WEDNESDAY : Cardio THURSDAY : Chest, Shoulders & Tri-ceps FRIDAY: Back, Legs & Bi-ceps Saturday and Sunday to relax my muscles. Hope you like my exercise schedule.
