There are definately theme builders, or apps with the layout to produce the themes, therefore themes are available, we just need to ask in the right place.

Does anyone chat in Chinese or Japanese....?...Cantonese? I bet most of the tech info is held outside of our reach...

don't ppl know, wat 'theme' exactly mean... i don't think 'a wallpaper'.
you can find samsung star wallpaper everywhr.
wat ppl askin here thru this helpless thread is 'theme'

i once asked to an BPO executive at samsung helpline. he told me themes can not be installed in samsung star.
it's a hard fact. so plz dun waste ur tym here. rather go for hottest java games for samsung star and the way to download them. a google search will guide u.
