Here are some tips to reduce diabetes:
-Eat 10 curry leaves daily for 3 months.
-Soak mango leaves in hot water overnight and drink it in the morning.

You can also try this:
Soak the leaves of mango in hot water overnight, strain it and drink it in the morning. It is known to work wonders.

Well, best way to control diabetes is to take a good diet. The levels of glucose in the blood depends on blood glucose, and it therefore follows that if you have blood sugar, you should eat foods that blood sugar rises. To increase blood sugar, eating starchy foods because they produce glucose during digestion. These include rice, oatmeal, and bread, but avoiding simple carbs. Diabetic patient must also eat fruits and vegetables.

There are so many ways to control Diabetes. It is a common disease in world. Diabetes is a condition in which the body does not produce enough insulin, a hormone produced by the pancreas.Diabetic person should eat between intervals of time as the morning breakfast, lunch and dinner some snakes.

Well, I recommend do not use foods that contain sugar in any form. Read food labels next time you go shopping for groceries. Simple carbohydrates, which break as soon as sugar is avoided. Do not consume food or flour, sweets, pasta and bread. Try to reduce the consumption of rice and other starches.

Choose healthy foods low in calories such as fruits, vegetables and various foods.Do low sugar is no stress because stress is to increase your diabetes. Do not hesitate and stress less.Diabetic person should drink 9-10 glasses of water a day. person with diabetes should eat slowly.

The best way to control out the diabetes:->
1)Avoid sugar in the tea and coffee,
2)Avoid eating sweet.
3)Habit of walking early in the morning.
4)Keep control on your diet.....

The truth is medication is a small part of type 2 diabetes treatment. There is lots of focus on diet but exercise is much more important and effective in contolling this type of diabetes.
