Drink lots of water everyday. Mineral water, fresh fruit juice and vegetable juices are ideal, Avoid tobacco and alcohol, Maintain a constant weight.
Wear sunglass whenever you?re outdoors...

For the healthy skin more water and healthy food are primary requirement. Use high quality cosmetic product according to your skin nature. Wash your face twice in a day with cold water and use best moisturizer. Use suncream lotion when you go out of home and remove all makeup before getting sleep.

I think best tonic for the healthy skin is water. Drink mere and more water to make your skin soft. Another great thing you can do is massage. If you do massage regularly once in t he week then also your skin makes shine. Always use sun cream when you go out side.

In the morning, a splash of lukewarm water is all you need (I find it's great for removing excess oils from your nightly moisturizing). Never wash your face with hot or cold water (both can cause broken capillaries).

Measures to take care of skin:-

1.Do yoga in the everyday.
2.Drink plenty of water.
3.Protect yourself from sun's energy.
4. Use moisturiser cream.
