I think best tonic for the healthy skin is water. Drink mere and more water to make your skin soft. Another great thing you can do is massage. If you do massage regularly once in t he week then also your skin makes shine. Always use sun cream when you go out side.

The skin is the only region to protect our body.So have to worry about is the best skin first.Milk skin.Eat daily.Protect result of dirt, dust and too much sun exposure.Eat food fresh and healthy, drink plenty of clean sleep.Regular water. Take must suffice.

There are many ways to take care of our skin.Skin is the best part of our body.Skin is very sensitive, and therefore all weather conditions because you can see skin.You want to burn the skin that you can drink more of water in the day you can drink Aloe Vera juice daily it is very effective skin.

The skin is also very sensitive part of our body. Apply Aloe Vera on the skin to choke him. Drink plenty of water, avoid junk foods and greasy. Wash your face with water as often as possible.
