I try to test how to format or hard reset on my 5800.
I confirm to use this way ........

1. Turn off
2. Press and hold 3 keys (green)+(Red)+(camera) together
3. Turn on phone but don't release 3 keys
4. Wait until show shaking hands
5. Now your phone will format!!
