Google.com has 39 Errors, 2 warnings

As appears on validator.w3.org Google front page has multiple script mistakes. What are those errors? Any professional script writers, can you explaine? Do i have to believe Google has failed in their codes?

W3C validated pages are good as this validation helps avoid browser compatibility and other issues. But W3C validation do not directly have any affects on SERPs.

There are many situations where a site will work perfectly but will show errors at W3C just like Google. W3C is a good thing to consider but we should not worry about it much.
