Hi im using Nokia 3230 and i bought it 2nd hand to someone i trusted, the problem is the phone have no BLUETOOTH it says "unable to perform bluetooth operation"

can u tell me whcih antivirus is best for nokia 323 without antivirus files take time to open is it right or it is necesary to install antivirus i want speed like when i purchased now its speed is slow .............can u tell me which memory card i use and also antivirus but i need speed in mobile While i try to install files into the phone i get a error message saying- "security error, unable to install". Can somebody help me with a solution for this.
