1.) You are not yet nofollowing your contact us, privacy policy, terms of use and other un important pages. Put no follow tags <A href="http://www.mydomain.com" rel="nofollow"> on these pages that do not need to rank in the search engines.

2.)Your title tag sucks. In your title you have (home), (untitled) or just your business name. Well sorry folks most people are not going to do a search in google for untitled. So put some good keywords in your title that are related to your niche. Learn how not to use sucky title tags.

3.)You are not internal linking within your own site. Internal linking to other pages in your website is very important because it flows page rank and helps your pages get indexed and stay indexed.

4.)Your linking to the same page many different ways. In Google's eyes [Only Registered users can see links . Click Here To Register...], [Only Registered users can see links . Click Here To Register...], [Only Registered users can see links . Click Here To Register...] all these are the same page to us and the user visiting the page but to Google these are 3 different pages. Choose the appropriate page and only link to that page. You can also run into some duplicate conent issues if your getting all these variations of the same page indexed.
