Alyssa Ablan Yoga - I Can Dance l 694 MB
King Dancer is a surprisingly difficult but fun pose to master. It requires good balance, hip flexibility, core strength and open shoulders. A good way to practice King Dancer pose is to use a strap, however a strap is optional. King Dancer improves balance, focus, and opens up your shoulders (and heart!)
