If you want to put on some weight and shape your body then you have to search for the perfect foods to build muscles. In this article, I am going to give you some guidelines about the intake of foods necessary for bodybuilding.
§ For supporting muscles and healing them up, protein is the main ingredient recommended to all the bodybuilders. Protein has the ability of building muscles, bigger and stronger.
§ Avoid eating junk food.
§ Look for the best supplements, if you really want to use them.
§ Stay away from steroids otherwise you will face a lot of internal and external problems.
§ Avoid using those ingredients which contain high fats and sugars.
§ Go for natural foods and vegetables.
§ Pulses also serve the purpose well.
§ Carbohydrates along with proteins are a lethal combination. These ingredients when taken 5-6 times a day boost your body at an optimum level.
§ If you are bulky then reduce the amount of food intake, start burning your fats by performing intense workouts.
§ Take 30 seconds rest between every set.
§ Your workout session is not more than 30 minutes. This time period is ideal for all the bodybuilders whether you are beginner or experienced one.
§ During workout session, take a bottle full of water with you. Water is necessary for gaining the lost energy. Healthy snacks are also recommended.
§ Do remember, after finishing your workouts, take atleast 48 hours rest.
I personally recommend protein as a perfect food to build muscles. Follow the above points religiously and I am sure that you will feel the difference.

Thanks for providing this wonderful information.Food is the major things for being the healthy and growing our body parts.Eggs and nonvage food has a lots of calorie and protein so it helps in body building.

1) Sunflower Seeds
2) Mackerel
3) Pineapple
4) Edamame Beans
5) Olive Oil
6) Grass-Fed Organic Beef.

Thanks for such nice information for body building. I think to make body effectively you have to eat Eggs as much as you can. Health protein supplement and vitamins are also help to make your body. Fish and meat are also very powerful supplement.

The eggs are the best example of food to build muscles because they have a high biological value which means they contain proteins that are readily usable by the body. The yellow egg can be removed so you can be sure that everything you get is a pure protein. Fish is another food for building muscle that are low in saturated fat and contain protein. The chicken is another option.
