Motorola Skinning Tutorial

tools:
1. motoskin
2. any photoediting tool (photoshop, corel, etc.)

process:
1. create a folder on your desktop "new skin"
2. open motoskin
3. open scarlet/neon skin (or any skin)
4. choose wallpaper
5. relocate date, time, clock, operator, icons to suit yor needs (drag and drop)
6. add images (sotkeys etc.)
-softkeys: 78*22, middle: 20*22

**once front page is done, here comes the tedious part:

1. using image explorer..
2. click image 0005
3. "download" image to "new skin"folder
4. open photoshop
5. open "image 0005"
6. make your edits (using 0005 as a template)
7. save for web .gif
8. go back to motoskin and replace image 0005 with edited one.
9. so on, so forth....
10. save .ski with new name. .dat will automatically be created
