Question vb3 theme for vb4?

Recently I came into a position supporting a forum. A while back, the original admin upgraded to vb4 and our old theme was not compatible. The changes caused a sort of revolt and we lost a LOT of members. The site has been around for 15+ years and it's always had a the same look and feel, and the members just werent having it with the changes that went on.
I'm looking for a vb4 theme that more closely resembles the old style vb3 theme that we had. Is there anything out there like this?
I have attached a screenprint of the site from the waybackmachine for reference.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I looked at that one before and it still has a very vb4 feel to it. I'm looking for something with more of the flat design of vb3, along with the separated forum icons and such like in the attached picture.
As I've been doing more and more research, its looking like im going to have to recode all the syntax myself in my original vb3 theme
Actually, in looking closer at that theme, if I could get the borders in there (forum icon, title, post count, etc), that would be a really good start without having to recode my original theme. Any ideas on how that would be done, is it possible with vb4? It is as easy as just adding border : 1 to that portion of the board template? I havent seen any vb4 forums that have it.
Forgive me if that's not the correct syntax. I have not actually worked with vbulletin boards at all. I am very familiar with phpbb though so I assume it's a similar process.

well, i installed that skin and it is indeed a good jumping off point but I'm lost in trying to add the borders in.
Any help there?
