it'll take longer than that for google to index them, let alone crawl them
you can ping them for a bigger chance of them being crawled, most of them dont get crawled at all even with pings
and even when they are crawled it’s not a guarantee that google will index
so dont get your hopes up with 300 backlinks
get 3k and maybe around 100 of those 3k links will get indexed
