NEW! Google Shows an Extra Title in SERP

Hi there,

I found something new on Google SERP today. Check the picture:

[Only Registered users can see links . Click Here To Register...]

The texts in the red box, have never ever exist in the URL page title. It's added by Google!!

So, have you guys see this before? Why google add website name or website domain after the title? Does it(he) think title too short?

I read most of the other webmasters experiencing the same problem, I do. My site is working fine, until it dropped from the SERP's. I was on page 2 of the keyword "monster ", I was doing article submission, but it disappeared. I have put a review from the week but up to now has not made any changes.
