yes dsl has problems in many areas. try to switch to fiber optic from verizon. my dsl had lagging problems too..
I recently got online for the PS2. I have Verizon DSL. Is that considered a good ISP for online gaming? Is it too slow to really get high quality gameplay? I ask this because there sometimes is a little freezing when I play and I was wondering if it was because of my connection.

Any type of DSL tends to be the horrific end of the high-speed internet world. Fiber optic, however, tends to be more expensive. Cable is the best to go with.
